Store Associate

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to

• Supervise the operation of the store when Store Manager and Store Assistant are not present
•Work a minimum of 3-5 days a week and 20-40 hours per week
• Ability to give great customer service
•Able to communicate fluently and clearly
• Have proper selling skills to do WIC Transactions correctly
• Advertising is a key part of job requirement so must be able to pass out fliers & communicate with potential new customers
• Count store Inventory and key into system
• Fill out forms such as, adjustments, maintenance request, Store Reviews, Expirations dates on products
• Verify, count and receive merchandise delivered from vendors and warehouse
• Cleaning of store
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Make sure that all minimum required items are stocked at all times

Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to

• Supervise the operation of the store when the Store Manager is not present
• Work a minimum of 4-5 days a week and 30-35 hours per week
• Ability to give great customer service • Able to communicate fluently and clearly Have proper selling skills to do WIC Transactions correctly
• Fliers are a key part of job so must be able to stand outside or go to WIC Clinics to do fliers
• Count store inventory and submit into system
• Verify, count and receive merchandise delivered from vendors and warehouse
• Fill out Jolt forms such as, Adjustments, Store Reviews, Expirations dates on products
• Upkeep Store
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Be able submit Store Orders to warehouse whenever the Store Manager is out
• Make sure that all minimum required items are stocked at store at all times
• Be able to process Cash log and submit information when Store Manager is out

Store Development Manager

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to

• Coordinate the installations of everything necessary to open a new location
• Find new potential locations
• Research demographics and all competition within the surrounding area
• Coordinate with all necessary personal from: IT, Office, deliveries, landlords and contractors
• Coordinate with office on mandatory appointment inspections with the city
Set up store for opening phase; set up shelves with product, stock cooler, test register with pin pads to ensure that they are working properly Verify stock levels required by WIC - state guidelines and must be stocked before state inspection and day of opening Coordinate with office for Alarm set up Open a minimum of 1 location every 3 months Interview, hire and train new store employees Train and certify employees up to Company Standards Develop a whole team for new location; Store Manager and Assistant Transition the store over to Territory Manager within 3 months Contact vendors to see when they can deliver the product needed for new location Must be able to travel Work a minimum of 5 days and 45 hours per week Must be available for any necessary inspections or appointments scheduled for after hours or on a weekend Make sure that assigned location(s) is opening and closing at the correct times, if Store Manager or Store Assistant is not available to open or close then must be available to open or close their location(s) Monitor Labor within assigned location(s) to help control that there is no overtime and stay within allocated hours Review and audit documentation that is generated from day-to-day operations Make sure that all your stores have all Vendors delivering correct quantity, items, and are filling the stores for what is needed so that they do not run out of their products Assign Store Manager their schedules and review each week to ensure that they are being followed Review KPI’s for Store Managers performance and address any under performances Correctly follow disciplinary action per company policy to a member of their team when necessary Meet Monthly Sales Targets Grow store sales from month to month, no less than $10,000 Be able to understand and communicate sales reports information to their employees Visit Wic Clinics near their assigned locations at least once a month Ensure that Fliers are being passed out daily at wic clincis and surrounding areas within location Read company emails and follow through that information has been communicated to their Store Manager, Store Assistant and store employees and that information is understood and if there are any task that it is

Territory Manager

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to Interview, Hire, train Area Managers and if no Area Manager then Store Managers, Assistant and store employees Train Area Managers to Company Standards Must be able to travel Attend monthly company meetings Supervise and manage at all times the operations of assigned locations Work a minimum of 5 days and 45 hours every week Review that all company policies are being correctly followed Assist with developing Store Managers and Assistants to move to the next level Work with Area Managers to improve customer service and their stores performance Supervise, Review, and Audit all areas that the Area Managers are responsible for Review and change display shelves Make sure that all their assigned locations are opening and closing at the correct times, if Store Manager, Assistant or Area Manager is not available to open or close then Territory Manager must be available to open or close their locations Monitor Labor within assigned locations to help control that there is no overtime and stay within allocated hours Review and audit documentation that is generated from day-to-day operations Make sure that all your stores have all Vendors delivering correct quantity, items, and are filling the stores for what is needed so that they do not run out of their products Assign Area Manager their schedules and review each week to ensure that they are following their schedules Review Store employee schedules and make necessary changes Review KPI’s for Store Managers performance and address any under performances Correctly follow disciplinary action per company policy to a member of their team when necessary Meet Monthly Sales Targets Grow store sales from month to month, no less than $10,000 Be able to understand and communicate sales reports information to their employees Visit Wic Clinics near their assigned locations at least once a month Read company emails and follow through that information has been communicated to their Area Managers/store employees and that information is understood and is completed
